Exgene™ Cell SV

GeneAll® Exgene™ Cell SV는 박테리아 세포, 효모, 배양 세포, 전혈 및 혈액 유도체를 포함한 광범위한 유기체에서 total DNA를 빠르고 간단하게 정제하는 방법을 제공합니다. Cell SV mini 이용 시 일반적으로 5~25 μg의 total DNA를 정제할 수 있습니다. 순수한 DNA는 30분 이내에 정제 가능하며, PCR, Southern blotting 및 기타 효소 반응과 같은 다양한 응용 분야에 추가 조작 없이 직접 사용 가능합니다.

Overview

GeneAll® Exgene™ Cell SV는 박테리아 세포, 효모, 배양 세포, 전혈 및 혈액 유도체를 포함한 광범위한 유기체에서 total DNA를 빠르고 간단하게 정제하는 방법을 제공합니다.

2 x 109 bacterial cells, 5 x 106 cultured cells에서 일반적으로 5~25 μg의 total DNA를 정제할 수 있습니다. 순수한 DNA는 30분 이내에 정제 가능하며, 

PCR, Southern blotting 및 기타 효소 반응과 같은 다양한 응용 분야에 추가 조작 없이 직접 사용 가능합니다.

Exgene™ Cell SV utilizes glass microfiber membrane.

  • Spin column format
  • MAXI kit 사용 시, 4000 x g 이상의 swinging-bucket rotor를 장착한 원심분리기가 필요합니다.
