  • 최대 14 kb까지 역전사 반응이 가능
  • cDNA 합성 온도: 42–55 ℃ (최적 온도: 50 ℃)

  • 2X solution type:
    cDNA 합성에 필요한 구성 물질이 포함된 상태로 제공
  • Oligo (dT)20와 random hexamer 기본 제공

Applications

  • Suitable for cDNA synthesis using either total RNA or poly(A)-selected RNA, primed with oligo dT, random primer or a gene specific primer.
